FAQs

What meals are covered with a full convention registration?


Registration covers dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evening, breakfast on Thursday and Friday morning and lunch on Thursday.

​What should I wear?
We encourage you to dress in business casual attire. Remember that meeting rooms tend to be cool, so bring a sweater or jacket. Casual wear will be acceptable for the  evening socials on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Your photo session takes only 5 minutes, making it easy for you to quickly step out of the conference when it is time for your photo, and then back in to the conference when finished. 

 

Headshots that are paid for during registration and pre-scheduled are available for $40 per person. Depending on availability, a limited number of time slots may be available at the conference for $50 per person. Your headshot image will be provided via email within 3-5 business days.
